YOU are what YOU want to be. Plain and simple. If you want to be the biggest baddest guy at the gym... BE that guy. Go out to the store, gets all the proper nutrition, focus on your workouts and rest when needed. If you want to be the fastest runner, get to your routine, same goes for losing weight.
